As the only IBM Premier Business Partner whose singular focus is z Systems and z attached storage, we at PSR take our commitment to our customers seriously.
That is why we are pleased to have completed a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II attestation for our global controls supporting our IBM mainframe hosting and disaster recovery services. The SOC 2 report focuses on a business’s nonfinancial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system. The Trust Service Principles on which SOC 2 is based are modeled around five broad areas:
“Successfully completing a SOC 2 Type II audit is a significant accomplishment for any organization. The controls you have in place and continue to maintain are an excellent indication of the suitable control environment you’ve developed to properly serve your customers.”
