We meet SOC 2 compliance by putting processes in place for monitoring known and unknown threats, receiving anomaly alerts, and responding to and tracking incidents.

That is why we are pleased to have completed a Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II attestation for our global controls supporting our IBM mainframe hosting and disaster recovery services. The SOC 2 report focuses on a business’s nonfinancial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system. The Trust Service Principles on which SOC 2 is based are modeled around five broad areas:
