Our hourly fee is the same whether we provide you with support during business hours or non-business hours. We also provide two no-charge billable systems programming support hours each month.
Priority One Support
We have a Priority One Support 800 number for clients to place Severity One calls. PSR also gives Service Plan members priority service level over any non-Service Plan member whether the situation is Severity One or not.

Sometimes you have a quick question, such as what an error message indicates. A quick call to your PSR representative, who most likely has seen the message before, can provide the answer, often at no charge.
PSR Data Center Usage
PSR will allow you to use our mainframe facility at no additional charge. A typical example is someone who wants to pre-test their disaster recovery procedures prior to going to a DR facility.
PSR SystemBuild OS Upgrade Service
PSR can upgrade your IBM mainframe OS software, including third-party ISV, using our mainframe. You will be able to test your upgrade while here at PSR prior to implementation.
